Our beautiful community of 320 homes is located on the northeast corner of Drew Street and Hampton Road. About half of the homes are in Pet Sections, and owners may have dogs. All homes may have housecats.

All the homes here are doublewide, and are within 10 years of each other in age. In addition, all lawns are cut and our wide streets are swept on the same day as part of the rent/maintenance agreement. This gives a very neat and uniform appearance to the entire community.

Our peaceful environment is situated just minutes from anything one could need or want - shopping malls, restaurants, golf, nature parks, beaches on the Gulf and Tampa Bay, the Pinellas Trail for serious biking and walking, entertainment - you name it and it's here. Virtually every day and evening, our clubhouse is alive with residents participating in planned activities - everything from card games to pot-luck suppers and great scheduled events - some with live entertainment.

The heated pool and spa are great places to relax and enjoy the company of our wonderful residents, and water aerobic exercise sessions are scheduled twice a week.

Bowling, bingo and shuffleboard are weekly events when the Snowbirds (about one third of our residents) are here, as well as a great Chorus and line dancing.

We have recently added two horseshoe courts, and we're hoping the teams that are forming will be as successful in Park to Park competition as our shuffleboard teams have been - champions almost every year. A Bocce Ball area is now being considered.

The number of owners of golf carts has risen dramatically over the past couple of years, using their carts on our privately owned streets to get around the Park without having to drive their cars. They have recently formed a "cart club", and will be scheduling events,  such as rallies, and even trips down the area sidewalks (legal) to area restaurants, such as the original Hooters.

What a great way for those of us over age 55 to enjoy life - whether retired or still working full or part-time.
